Privacy Policy

Geetha Health is a personal medical record app for iPhone. This policy describes how the app handles your information. The short version: your health data stays on your device. We don't collect it, we can't see it, and we never sell it.
Data we collect
None. Geetha Health has no user accounts, no server, no analytics, no advertising, and no trackers. The app never transmits your information to us or to anyone else.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter in Geetha Health — profile details, conditions, medications, allergies, immunizations, appointments, and documents — is stored only on your iPhone, in the app's private, encrypted storage. The app does not sync your data to iCloud or to any server.
Because we never receive your data, we cannot access it, recover it, or disclose it — to advertisers, data brokers, researchers, insurers, employers, governments, or anyone else.
Apple Health (Health Records)
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Geetha Health can import your clinical records (such as conditions, medications, allergies, and immunizations) that you have connected to the Health app from your healthcare providers.
- Importing is optional and happens only when you ask, after you grant permission in the standard Apple Health prompt. You can revoke access at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
- Imported records are stored only on your device, alongside the rest of your data.
- Data obtained from HealthKit is never used for advertising or other use-based data mining, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties. It is used solely to display and organize your medical record within the app, as described in this policy.
Sharing is always your choice
Geetha Health can create a summary of your record (for example, a PDF to give a healthcare provider). Sharing happens only when you explicitly export something, using the standard iOS share sheet. Where a shared copy goes (email, AirDrop, print, a file) is entirely under your control; the app itself sends nothing anywhere.
Deleting your data
Your data belongs to you. Delete any record inside the app at any time, or delete the app to erase everything it stored. Because we keep no copies, deletion on your device is complete — there is nothing for us to delete on a server.
Children
Geetha Health is not directed at children under 13. A parent or guardian may use the app to keep records for their family members.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds an optional sync feature — this policy will be updated before that change ships, and the app will make the change clear. The current version of this policy is always available at this page.
